TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, if not the context otherwise requires:

‘Rytish’ means Rytish, a company providing editing services;

‘Client’ means the person, firm or company who engages Rytish to provide services;

‘Services’ means the editing services provided by Rytish to the Client.

2. Quotations and Acceptance

Any quotations provided by Rytish are valid for 30 days from their date of issue. Acceptance of any quotation provided by Rytish to the Client shall constitute a binding agreement between Rytish and the Client.

3. Payment

The Client shall pay Rytish for the Services provided in accordance with the terms of the quotation. In the event that the Services require additional time or resources, the Client shall be responsible for any additional costs.

4. Amendments

Any amendments to the Services or the quotation must be agreed in writing between the Client and Rytish.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time upon written notice to the other. In the event that the Client terminates the agreement, the Client shall be liable for any costs incurred by Rytish in providing the Services prior to the date of termination.

6. Liability

Rytish shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages, or any losses arising from the Services provided to the Client unless such damages are caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Rytish.

7. Assignment

Rytish may assign this agreement to a third party without the prior consent of the Client.

8. Governing Law

The agreement between Rytish and the Client shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
